A DEFINITION, NOT A LABEL
What makes a walkthrough billable?
The opportunity must meet your written qualification criteria and the walkthrough must take place, subject to any limited client-attendance exception in your agreement. The agreement controls the details for your campaign.
- Inside the agreed territory
- Relevant facility type and recurring cleaning scope
- Meets agreed account criteria
- An appropriate contact agrees to discuss a cleaning quote
- Attendance confirmed under the agreement
What does not trigger the fee
A researched business name, an unanswered email, an unqualified inquiry or an appointment that has only been scheduled.
Prospect no-shows are not charged under the current no-show terms. Rescheduling, attendance verification, exclusions and disputes follow your written agreement.
Client attendance matters
Some current agreements provide a limited exception: if the prospect is ready for a confirmed, otherwise-qualified visit but your team does not attend without timely cancellation or agreed rescheduling, the $149 fee may be earned after the prospect’s availability is documented. A prospect no-show is never billable. The written agreement controls cancellation deadlines and exceptions.
What happens after the visit
You inspect the facility, prepare the quote, follow up, close the account and provide the cleaning. Hammerline does not guarantee appointment volume, contract wins or revenue.
